Manufactured Home Park (MHP) Permit
Manufactured Home Park Permits primarily address the servicing and infrastructures requirements for new Manufactured Home Parks (MHP) such as road widths, drainage, water supply, garbage disposal and recreation areas. Regardless of whether an MHP is permitted by the underlying zoning, a permit must be obtained from the Regional District prior to the establishment of a new MHP or expansion of an existing MHP.
MHP applications require the submission of an application fee, completed application form and supporting documentation (i.e. site plans, servicing details, etc).
For more specific information, view our Manufactured Home Park Regulations Bylaw.
To complete an application, please fill out the Manufactured Home Park Permit Application Form.
