Amendments are being proposed to the Business Licence Regulation Bylaw No. 3100, 2025 in order to introduce business licensing requirements for “home occupation” uses within the Greater West Bench of Electoral Area “F”.

Amendment Bylaw No. 3100.02, 2025, proposes the following amendments to

Business Licence Regulation Bylaw No. 3100, 2025:

· Include Electoral Area “F” at Section 2.0 (Bylaw Application); and,

· Add a new section 3.1(c) to include “home occupation” uses in the

Greater West Bench in Electoral Area “F”.

Regional District staff will be available to answer any questions residents may have regarding this project.
