INFORMATION RELEASE

The personnel matter discussed during the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, March 16, 2023, has been concluded.

“The RDOS Board of Directors has confidence that Regional District staff will continue to serve the community with the highest integrity,” said Mark Pendergraft, RDOS Chair. “To ensure fairness and transparency in the awarding of all contracts, the Regional District Board intends to review the RDOS code of ethics and purchasing and sales policies in the coming weeks.”

The personnel matter was discussed in camera as per the Community Charter. Due to privacy legislation, the Board is not at liberty to comment further on the specifics of the matter.
