Zoning & OCP amendment(s) are being sought in order to rezone a 10.41 ha area of land to facilitate the development of a five-lot subdivision.

Amendment Bylaw No. 2497.18, 2025, proposes to amend Schedule ‘B’ (OCP Map) of the Electoral Area “H” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2497, 2012, by changing the land use designation of the property from Large Holdings (LH) to Small Holdings (SH).

Amendment Bylaw No. 3065.02, 2025, proposes to amend Schedule ‘2’ (Zoning Map) of the Electoral Area “H” Zoning Bylaw No. 3065, 2024, by changing the land use designation of the property from Large Holdings Two (LH2) to Small Holdings Three (SH3).
