A zoning amendment is being sought in order to allow for an accessory dwelling as a permitted accessory use for the property at 2624 Forsyth Dr. Amendment Bylaw No. 2800.57, 2025, proposes to amend Schedule ‘2’ (Zoning Map) of the Okanagan Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 2800, 2022, by changing the land use designation of the property from Small Holdings West Bench (SH5) to Small Holdings West Bench Site Specific (SH5s).
