PUBLIC NOTICE 3135 Bartlett Road, Electoral Area “E” Temporary Use Permit (vacation rental) The Temporary Use Permit is being sought in order to renew a permit for a vacation rental use on the subject property for a period of three years, to expire on December 31, 2026. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will consider an application for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the use described above at 3135 Bartlett Road (legally described as Lot B, Plan KAP29459, District Lot 210, SDYD).
