The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will be holding a Public Information Meeting regarding a rezoning proposal involving the property at 240 Lawless Creek Road and legally described as District Lot 1020, YDYD, as follows:

The purpose of the rezoning is to facilitate a 10 lot subdivision.  More specifically, it is being proposed to change the designation of the subject parcel as follows:

• from Large Holdings (LH) to Small Holdings (SH) under the Electoral Area “H” Official Community Plan (OCP) Bylaw No. 2497, 2012; and
• from Large Holdings Two (LH) to Small Holdings Three (SH3) under the Electoral Area “H” Zoning Bylaw No. 2498, 2012.

The applicant as well as Regional District staff will be available to answer any questions residents may have regarding this rezoning, and to also receive written submissions.
