Paving at Lions Park in Okanagan Falls (Electoral Area “D”)

News Article

INFORMATION RELEASE

Paving is scheduled to take place at Lions Park in Okanagan Falls (750 Railway Lane) between Wednesday, November 5 and Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The contractor, MacKinley-Clark Paving, will remove and repave a section of the park pathway.

Access to the Kettle Valley Rail (KVR) Trail will remain open and unaffected during this work.

To ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and paving crews, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) is asking cyclists to dismount in the designated detour area. Signage will be posted to indicate the pathway closure and guide users through the detour.

The RDOS appreciates your patience and cooperation while this improvement work takes place at Lions Park.

For further information, please contact RDOS Communications.
