A zoning amendment is being sought in order to allow for accessory dwelling as accessory use to the property at 216 Twin Lakes Road.

Amendment Bylaw No. 2800.68, 2026, proposes to amend Schedule ‘2’ (Zoning Map) of the Okanagan Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 2800, 2022, by changing the land use designation of the property from Small Holdings One (SH1) to Small Holdings One Site Specific (SH1s).
