OCP and Zoning bylaw amendments are being sought to facilitate future development of the property.

Amendment Bylaw No. 2905.08, 2026, proposes to amend Schedule ‘B’ (OCP Map) of the Electoral Area “A” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2905, 2021, by changing the land use designation of the property from Agriculture (AG) to Low Density Residential (LR).

Amendment Bylaw No. 2800.70, 2026, proposes to amend Schedule ‘2’ (Zoning Map) of the Okanagan Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 2800, 2022, by changing the land use designation of the property from Agriculture One (AG1) to Low Density Residential Three (RS3).
