Soil Removal and Deposit Bylaw No. 2974, 2022

The Regional District is proposing the introduction of the Soil Removal and Deposit Bylaw No. 2974, 2022 and supporting amendment bylaws to restrict the removal and deposition of soil in the Greater West Bench area of Electoral Area “F”. The proposed bylaw sets out specified exempted activities and a process to apply for a soil removal or deposition permit for specified development activities.
