Public Information Meeting for Proposed ALR Exclusion Application Policy Amendments

Electronic Public Information Meeting regarding a series of amendments to the Electoral Area “A”, “C”, “D”, “E”,“F”, “H” & “I” Official Community Plan (OCP) Bylaws in order to update policies on Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) Exclusion Applications. The OCP bylaw amendments include polices on how the Regional District wishes to address ALR exclusions, as private landowners are no longer able to make an ALR exclusion application due to recent changes to the Agricultural Land Commission Act. Regional District staff will be available to answer any questions residents may have regarding the proposed OCP bylaw amendments.
