Evacuation Orders and Alerts were issued by the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) and the District of Summerland on Friday, August 7 and Saturday, August 8, 2026, for Summerland and Electoral Area “F” in response to the Bald Range Wildfire (K51490).

• Residents under an evacuation order should leave their properties immediately to keep safe. Residents must evacuate to the evacuee reception centres located at:  

> Penticton Trade and Convention Centre, 273 Power Street, Penticton 

> 550 Eckhardt Avenue W, Penticton 

> Westbank Lions Community Hall, 2466 Main Street, West Kelowna
