In accordance with Section 467 of the Local Government Act, please be advised that the Regional District Board will be considering 1st reading of Zoning Amendment Bylaws at its meeting of June 13, 2024.

The purpose of these amendments to the residential zones is to change permitted densities, dwelling types and building envelopes in order to ensure compliance with changes enacted to the Local Government Act in 2023.

Please note, that further to the requirements of the Local Government Act, the Regional District is prohibited from scheduling a public hearing for these amendment bylaws.
