A zoning amendment is being sought in order to to facilitate the development of approximately 0.3 ha of the site for a Recreational Vehicle (RV) park accommodating up to sixteen (16) RVs on a short-term basis and the construction of an accessory 51m² office building.
Amendment Bylaw No. 2800.67, 2026, proposes to amend Schedule ‘2’ (Zoning Map) of the Okanagan Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 2800, 2022, by changing the land use designation of the property from Tourist Commercial One (CT1) to Campground Commercial Two (CT2).
