The Temporary Use Permit is being sought in order to permit a self-service beverage container recycling facility on the subject property for a period of up to three years, to expire on October 3, 2027. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will consider an application for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the use described above at 5009 Veterans Way (legally described as Lot 1, Plan KAP23248, District Lot 374, SDYD).
