Curbside Garbage and Recycling services apply to residential properties that include a single-family dwelling in Areas B (Cawston), C (Rural Oliver), D (Okanagan Falls, Twin Lakes, Skaha Estates) G (Olalla, Hedley, Rural Keremeos) and the Village of Keremeos.

Garbage collection services for single-family residences include weekly garbage collection, bi-weekly Blue Bag recycling, twice-yearly glass pickups, 6 scheduled yard and garden waste pickups and an annual large or bulky item pickup week.

The garbage program allows for each residence to place out two garbage bags per week. 'Tag-a-Bag' stickers may be purchased for $1.50 and placed on extra garbage bags for additional service. Bags and containers must weigh no more than 25kg (55lb). Click on a link below for more information on this program.
