The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) is pleased to announce that the RDOS Amazing Races are back for a third year. These events are designed to bring communities together through adventure, teamwork, and outdoor fun.  

Residents are invited to take part in the RDOS Amazing Races, a team event that will have participants racing across their community to complete challenges, solve clues, and test their teamwork and problem-solving skills. This event is for all ages and fitness levels. Local businesses are encouraged to enter a team as a unique team-building opportunity, fostering collaboration, communication, and camaraderie while competing in a fun and engaging community event. 

Event details:  

• Keremeos: Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at Memorial Park  

• Okanagan Falls: Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Keogan Sports Field  

• Check-in time: Between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm 

• Race start time: 6:00 pm 

• Team requirements: 3 to 4 participants per team, including at least one adult  

• Cost: $40 per team  

• Registration deadline: August 7, 2026
