All outstanding 2012 Utility accounts have been transferred to Property taxes, the Surveyor of Taxes will mail out an invoice/statement in early March.
Annual Utilities Invoices will be mailed out in May or early June, due date is August 30, 2013.
Annual utilities include:
- Garbage & Recycling Curbside Fee for Areas A, B, C, D, E, F, G and Red Wings
- Olalla Water
- West Bench Water
- Okanagan Falls Sewer
All areas except Okanagan Falls Sewer will be charged a 10% penalty on unpaid accounts on September 3. Okanagan Falls Sewer Customers will be charged a penalty on accounts that remain unpaid on December 31.
Naramata Water 2013 Due Dates
1st Quarter - March 28, 2013
2nd Quarter -June 21, 2013
3rd Quarter - Sept 20, 2013
4th Quarter - Dec 20, 2013
Naramata accounts that are unpaid after December 31, 2013 will be charged a late payment penalty of 10% of the outstanding amount.
