What We Do

 The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer administers the core strategic functions of the organization:

  • Leads the organization's strategic planning
  • Provides legislative advice and legal coordination
  • Supports the Board of Directors in developing policy and decision-making
  • Manages corporate communications
  • Administers local government elections and other voting opportunities
  • Maintains and preserves Regional District records
  • Manages Freedom of Information and Privacy programming
