A zoning amendment is being proposed in order to replace the Large Holdings One Site Specific (LH1s) Zone that applies to approximately 25 parcels at Raven Hill Road and Nine Mile Place on Anarchist Mountain.

Amendment Bylaw No. 2800.63, 2026, proposes to amend Schedule ‘2’ (Zoning Map) of the Okanagan Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 2800, 2022, by changing the land use designation of the properties from Large Holdings One Site Specific (LH1s) to Large Holdings One (LH1).
