RDOS appoints interim fire chief for Okanagan Falls Volunteer Fire Department

The Regional District of Okanagan‑Similkameen (RDOS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Randy Stoltz as interim fire chief of the Okanagan Falls Volunteer Fire Department (OFVFD), effective April 1, 2026.
Randy Stoltz joined the OFVFD on January 9, 2012. He was promoted to lieutenant in 2015 and later to captain and training officer in 2019, roles in which he has supported operational readiness and firefighter training.
“I’m honoured to be selected to lead the dedicated members of the Okanagan Falls Volunteer Fire Department,” said Fire Chief Stoltz. “We hold ourselves to high standards. My focus is to continue delivering strong emergency service for Okanagan Falls and the surrounding area, while keeping our members safe and well trained so everyone returns home each night.”
The RDOS congratulates Randy Stoltz on his appointment as interim fire chief and looks forward to his continued leadership and service to the community.
