Zoning & OCP Amendment Bylaws

Zoning and OCP amendments are being sought in order to facilitate the construction of a single detached dwelling on each of the 7 legal lots which comprise the properties.

Amendment Bylaw No. 3010.01, 2024, proposes to amend Schedule ‘B’ (OCP Map) of the Electoral Area “E” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 3010, 2023, by changing the land use designation of the properties from Administrative, Cultural and Institutional (AI) to Low Density Residential (LR).

Amendment Bylaw No. 2800.39, 2024 proposes to amend Schedule ‘2’ (Zoning Map) of the Okanagan Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 2800, 2022, by changing the land use designation of the property from Naramata Centre (NC) to Low Density Residential One (RS1).


This public information meeting will be held in-person, as follows:
