The Temporary Use Permit is being sought in order to permit the residential use of four (4) recreational vehicles and a washroom facilities building on the subject property for a period of up to three years, to expire on July 25, 2027. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will consider an application for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the use described above at 6447 Chute Lake Road (legally described as Lot 3, Plan EPP62943, District Lot 391, SDYD).
