The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will be holding a Public Information Meeting regarding a rezoning proposal involving the property at 8005 Princeton-Summerland Rd and legally described as District Lot 2893, ODYD, Except: (1) That Part Thereof Lying South and West of Right of Way Plan A67, & (2) Plans A67 and 27332, as follows:

The purpose of the rezoning is to facilitate a 3-lot subdivision of the subject property. More specifically, it is being proposed to change the designation of the subject parcel as follows:

• from Resource Area (RA) to Small Holdings (SH) and Large Holdings (LH) under the Electoral Area “F” Official Community Plan (OCP) Bylaw No. 2790, 2018; and
• from Resource Area (RA) to Small Holdings Three (SH3) and Large Holdings One (LH1) under the Okanagan Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 2800, 2022.

The applicant as well as Regional District staff will be available to answer any questions residents may have regarding this rezoning, and to also receive written submissions.
