PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING Proposed Rezoning – 186, 188, 190, 192, 194, 196, 198, 200, and 202 Twin Lakes Road Electoral Area I OCP & Zoning Bylaw Amendments

Description:

The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will be holding an electronic Public Information Meeting regarding a rezoning proposal involving the properties at 186, 188, 190, 192, 194, 196, 198, 200, and 202 Twin Lakes Road, as follows:

The purpose of the rezoning is to terminate and replace the Land Use Contract (LUC) applicable on the properties.  More specifically, it is being proposed to change the designation of the subject parcels as follows:

  • from Small Holdings (SH) to Low Density Residential (LR) under the Electoral Area “I” OCP Bylaw No. 2683, 2016; and
  • from LUC No. LU-9-D to Residential Single Family Two (RS2) under the Electoral Area “I” Zoning Bylaw No. 2457, 2008.
