Portions of RDOS information system offline

The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) is currently experiencing technical issues with its internal computer network and email system.

On Tuesday, August 11 at approximately 11:00 am, RDOS Information Services temporarily took its internal computer network and email system offline in order for staff to assess the situation.

Services are continuing to be brought back online. The RDOS website is available and online payments continue to be accepted. Some functionality of www.rdos.bc.ca are limited, including portions of mapping and some access to content.

Please note that staff are unable to access email at this time. Vendor payments and automatic withdrawals may be delayed, and customers with utility accounts on the pre-authorized payment plan have not had a payment withdrawn.

There is no estimated time for when full services will resume, please continue to check www.rdos.bc.ca for updates.
