RDOS seeks feedback on its online payment service

News Article

The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will be conducting a survey seeking feedback on its online payment service. The anonymous survey is open from September 1 to October 15, 2021. Survey results will help identify any issues or concerns with the online payment service.

“Short surveys provide RDOS staff with feedback directly from residents and property owners,” says RDOS Chair Karla Kozakevich. “This information plays an important role in assessing whether services are user-friendly.”

Electronic banking is available at most financial institutions and allows you to add the Regional District as a payee.

For further information about the online payment service survey, please visit RDOS Regional Connections or contact RDOS Finance Manager Jim Zaffino.
