The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen Emergency Operations Centre (RDOS EOC) continues to work with local and provincial partners, Indigenous communities, and volunteers to support recovery efforts across the region.

Mental Health and Wellness
Health Emergency Management BC (HEMBC) is a program of the Provincial Health Services Authority that provides emergency management leadership and support to the health authorities of BC.

River Forecast Centre High Streamflow Advisory: Tulameen River ISSUED: December 10, 2021 12:00 pm
River levels are rising or expected to rise rapidly, but no major flooding is expected. Minor flooding in low-lying areas is possible. The public is advised to stay clear of the fast-flowing rivers and potentially unstable riverbanks during the high-streamflow period. 

Tulameen Resiliency Centre
The resiliency centre will be open Sunday, December 12, 2021, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, at the Tulameen Community Centre (2595 Otter Ave, Tulmameen). Resource information will be available to support immediate health and recovery needs, including Emergency Support Services (ESS), Canadian Red Cross, Disaster Financial Assistance, and non-governmental organizations able to assist with direct recovery of residential properties. 

Sunday – recovery support: Building officials and restoration specialists will be available to assist with tips and information to assist with property remediation. Permanent residents who are unable to return home due to flooding damage may continue to be supported by the ESS program.
