Are you in favour of the Regional District Okanagan-Similkameen enacting Bylaw No. 2365 and Bylaw No. 2366 to provide for the following:- establishing the "Apex Mountain Fire Protection Service Area" within a portion of Electoral Area "D" to provide fire protection service to the Apex Mountain area; and
- authorizing the borrowing of $1,308,000 for the implementation and operation of the Apex Mountain Volunteer Fire Department; and
- annually requisitioning up to a maximum of $220,000 or $2.86/$1000 of taxable assessed value to pay for the fire protection service?
