Tom Chapman is the Director of Electoral Area E (Naramata) utilizing his agricultural and environmental background representing Area E on the Rails to Trails & Parks Committee, Solid Waste Committee, Regional Growth Strategy, Noxious Weed Liaison, and Thompson/Okanagan Inter-Agency Committee (Wildland).

Educated at Simon Fraser University majoring in geography and resource planning has led Tom to professional career pursuits in agriculture, wildlife, fisheries and environmental consulting. Tom has also managed a successful small business for over two decades.

Tom was born in the 1950’s and has made his home in the Okanagan for just over forty years. Proud parent to two young daughters with his wife Sheila.
