Request to appear as an Individual or Delegation to the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen Board.

Requests to appear as an individual or delegation before the Regional District Board must be in writing to the Chief Administrative Officer. Written notification must be received before the agenda is prepared and circulated to the Directors of the Regional Board, except on extraordinary occasions declared by the Chairperson.

Every delegation at the discretion of the Chairperson may be allowed a reasonable time not exceeding 10 minutes to present its petition or submission. This time limit may be extended by Board resolution.

The process for requesting to appear is governed by Bylaw 1968, 1999. To determine possible dates to present to the Regional District Board please refer to our Agenda/Schedule of Meetings.
